Tom Allen

Tom Allen, FCCA, serves as the Head of FP&A and Expenses at First Central since May 2020, with previous roles including Head of Group Expenses and Group FP&A Expenses Manager. Prior experience at Hastings Direct from September 2014 to May 2020 includes positions as Commercial Manager, Finance Business Partner, and various Graduate Assistant Accountant roles, contributing to strategic initiatives, budget management, and financial reporting. Tom also has earlier experience as a Sales Representative and an IGF Client Relationship Representative (Intern) at IBM. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton and completed A Levels in Mathematics at Bexhill College.
