First Chair Operating Company is opening the door to a new hospitality brand launching in June 2026 that’s built around a distinctive collection of vacation homes in premier ski destinations and select coastal locales.

Led by a team with deep experience across the hospitality and vacation rental industries, including former leaders from Wyndham Destinations and Vacasa and with the backing of Paceline Equity Partners, we’re creating a highly focused, hospitality-first organization with local connection, consistent service and community at our core.

Whether you are a homeowner, community association, guest or team member—we can’t wait to welcome you home.
