First Choice Construction (FCC) began with the ambition and hard work of founders Beverly and Audrey Jones, a husband-and-wife team who established a small masonry business in the mid-1970s. With an eye for detail and a dedication to quality, they transformed FCC from a local residential operation into a thriving business handling larger commercial projects like school additions, churches, and community centers. Their vision laid a foundation rooted in craftsmanship, resilience, and community values, which would set FCC apart in the industry.

The company entered a new era in 1999 when Cory L. Jones, the founder's son, assumed leadership. With a background in construction management and a vision for growth, Cory guided FCC through a remarkable transformation. Recognizing the importance of strategic partnerships, he collaborated with larger contractors and local agencies, expanding FCC’s scope from masonry to a comprehensive construction firm capable of handling complex projects. Under his leadership, FCC formally incorporated in 2006, expanding into general contracting for commercial and institutional construction. FCC strengthened its reputation as a trusted, high-quality construction provider, always upholding the family’s legacy of integrity and community impact.

Now entering its third generation of leadership, with Cory M. Jones serving as President. Working alongside Cory L., Cory M. has upheld the company’s traditions while infusing modern practices to meet today’s industry standards. With over 100 employees across multiple divisions, FCC stands as a trusted name in construction, dedicated to building structures and relationships that endure. Guided by the Jones family’s commitment to trust, quality, and community impact, FCC honors its past while looking boldly toward the future.
