In February 1993, Anne Lockwood and Andy Turner started First Choice Recruitment – a business dedicated to providing the highest standards of recruitment solutions for candidates and clients across the region. 25 years on, they serve some of the region’s largest employers, providing both temporary and permanent employment opportunities for 1000’s of job seekers across the region.

First Choice are a leading independent recruitment agency. We recruit only the very best temporary, contract and permanent candidates. We work with many of the regional, national and international leading employers delivering tailored recruitment and business solutions that really do work.

We build relationships with our clients and our candidates and we deliver exceptional levels of performance through our partnerships and our people. Independently owned, with an unwavering commitment to quality of service and raising the recruitment standards bar, we have built a dedicated team who genuinely care about the outcomes of a placement not only for the client but for the candidate themselves.

If you think all recruitment agencies are the same, think again. Get in touch with first choice today and let us show you how recruitment really should be. 01924 201155.
