Justin Hart

Justin Hart has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Justin started their career as a Co-Founder of Peckham Springs, where they successfully transformed derelict railway arches into a popular food and drink destination. During their time there, they organized various public and private events that supported the local community.

Justin then worked as an Equity Derivatives Trader at Morgan Stanley, specializing in trading market volatility on major global indices. Justin primarily focused on SX5E, DAX, and FTSE100 books.

Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at First Circle, where they are responsible for driving economic growth by providing financial services to SMEs. In this role, they focus on defining the talent strategy, designing the organization's structure, and leading recruitment and development activities.

Justin Hart received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2009 to 2012.
