Shane Kiernan

Shane Kiernan is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background across various sectors. As the Director and Co-Founder of RecruitRoo since April 2021, Shane focuses on providing UK and European companies with access to global talent while streamlining the recruitment process. Additionally, as the Director and Co-Founder of Sustansiya, Shane has established the largest agricultural contracting firm in the Philippines, delivering innovative solutions within the food value chain. Shane also serves as a Non-Executive Director at First Circle and has co-founded Tomato Jos. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of Iamus Technologies, which specializes in agricultural technology, and holding program management roles with organizations such as the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Shane holds an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School and a BBLS from University College Dublin, complementing a strong foundation in public health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
