Bryan Pendleton

Bryan Pendleton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in banking operations, currently serving as the Head of Deposit & Payment Operations at First Citizens Bank since August 2022. In this role, Bryan oversees all deposit and payment activities across multiple banking sectors, including legacy functions from Silicon Valley Bank. Prior to this position, Bryan spent 17 years at Wells Fargo, progressing through various roles such as SVP, Executive Director of Change, Incident Management, and Business Continuity for Consumer & Small Business Banking Operations, and SVP overseeing Payments Business Initiatives and Testing. Bryan holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree from Western Carolina University.
