Eric Ebert is the VP, ERM Technology Manager at First Citizens Bank, where they focus on governance, risk, and compliance technology solutions. With over a decade of experience in risk management and technology, they have developed more than 30 custom GRC integrations at U.S. Bank and served as a Senior GRC Consultant at CastleHill Managed Risk Solutions. Ebert began their career in journalism, holding positions including public safety reporter and copy editor before transitioning to technology roles. Currently, they are pursuing a master’s degree in risk and compliance to further enhance their expertise in the field.
