Donna Miller

Donna Miller, FCCA, CIA, is a certified internal auditor and chartered accountant with extensive experience in internal auditing. Currently, they serve as the Chief Internal Auditor at First Citizens, a position held since 2023. Donna has been a mentor at The Barbados Youth Business Trust since 2010 and previously worked as the Manager of Internal Audit at First Citizens Bank (Barbados) Ltd from 2007 to 2023. Their career also includes a supervisory role at PricewaterhouseCoopers Barbados from 2002 to 2007. Donna earned a degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, between 1999 and 2002.
