Javan B. is a Team Leader at First Citizens, where they have held various roles, including Senior Manager of Capital Markets, overseeing the structuring and syndication of debt deals in Trinidad and the Caribbean. They previously managed corporate banking and credit risk analytics during their tenure as an Analyst and Senior Analyst. Javan also led the Capital Markets and Government Business portfolio and served as a Senior Account Manager for corporate clients across the region. Before joining First Citizens, Javan worked at JMMB GroupTT as a Manager in Credit Risk and Investments.
