Sharda Beharry

Sharda Beharry is the Chief Learning Officer at First Citizens, where they lead initiatives focused on people-centered business transformation. Previously, they served as a Director at Project for Educational Excellence, creating programs that supported students financially and academically. Sharda has held various roles, including Manager of Learning, Performance, and Talent Management at First Citizens and Management Associate at Republic Bank. They also bring experience as an educator at the University of the West Indies, where they taught Computer Science courses. Sharda holds an Executive MBA from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Philosophy in Computer Science.
