Welcome to First Class Catering, the catering division of Fitzgerald Hospitality Group, proudly serving custom full-service catering options across Central Indiana and beyond. Founded in 2013 by Caleb Blackerby, First Class Catering was founded on a simple principle - that the crux of every event - big or small, formal or casual- is great food.

With a team of exceptional chefs and event managers, Caleb has grown First Class Catering into a trusted partner for a wide range of events across Central Indiana. We specialize in custom, full-service catering and bar services for weddings, private events, and corporate events, offering not just outstanding food but seamless service from start to finish.

As a full-service caterer, we’re with you every step of the way—from your initial consultation to the last guest leaving. Our packages include everything needed for a flawless event: china, flatware, glassware, and an experienced team of professionals who execute your vision to perfection. We also handle catering cleanup, ensuring every detail is covered.
