Matt Shea

Matt Shea has extensive experience in the moving and storage industry. Matt started their career in 1981, working as a driver, mover, warehouseman, general manager, and salesman for various moving and storage companies. In 1995, they joined Arpin Van Lines, Inc. as the Vice President of the GSA Division, where they were responsible for all domestic GSA functions. Matt successfully started the division and managed sales, customer service, billing, revenue, profits, and claims. In 2014, they moved to Graebel Van Lines as the Vice President of Government Sales, where they increased GSA relocations by over 80% in their first year. Since 2017, they have been working at First Class Moving Systems as the Vice President of Business Development, focusing on the development of new GSA and corporate business. Matt has been recognized as the North American Van Lines Government Salesperson of the year from 2017 to 2021.

Matt Shea attended East Bridgewater High School from 1981 to 1984, where they focused on general and business studies. Matt then pursued higher education at Fitchburg State University from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
