Ed Como

Ed Como has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at First Column IT since June 2014. Previous roles at First Column IT included Service Manager, Help Desk Lead, and Systems Administrator. Prior to this, Ed Como worked at Tighe & Bond from January 2001 to June 2014 as a Help Desk Support Specialist. Ed Como holds a degree in Computer Networking from the Porter and Chester Institute of Chicopee (2000-2001) and an Associate's degree from Holyoke Community College (1998-2000).
