Jason Pool is a Compliance Specialist at First Column IT since April 2022, and has held multiple roles including Project Technician, Technical Writer, and Reactive Technician, where responsibilities ranged from creating standard operating procedures to providing IT help desk support. Prior experience includes a peer tutoring position at Cedarville University and a leadership role as Shift Lead/Hiring Manager/Training Manager at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where crucial skills in management and customer service were developed. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance with minors in Accounting, IT Management, and Biblical Studies from Cedarville University, along with a Dual Enrollment degree in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College and an Advanced Studies Diploma from Battlefield High School.
