Beth Jones

Beth Jones is an experienced professional in organizational training and development, currently serving as the Director of Field Force Training Development at First Command Financial Services since February 2018, where the focus is on aligning learning strategies with core values to enhance organizational efficiency. Previously held positions include Global Learning Partner at Cox Automotive, where strategic learning initiatives were developed, and consultative roles at The North Highland Company and Jones Inc., providing advice on process improvements and organizational enhancements. Earlier career experience includes directing learning and organizational development at United Surgical Partners International and managing training at Verizon Wireless. Beth holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's in Organizational Management from Peru State College.
