Bob Armstrong

Bob Armstrong, CFP®, has extensive experience in both financial advisory and military-focused project management. Currently serving as a Financial Advisor at First Command Financial Services since September 2017, Bob specializes in assisting active-duty and retired military families with financial planning. Prior to this role, Bob worked at Leidos as a Business Area Manager, where responsibilities included capturing and executing contracts for military customers. At SAIC, Bob held the position of Division Manager, overseeing contracts related to military surveillance and reconnaissance. Additionally, Bob worked as a Senior System Engineer at Scientific Research Corporation, managing requirements and prototyping systems for military intelligence. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from The University of Alabama between 2019 and 2021.
