David Strauss

David Strauss is an experienced financial advisor at First Command Financial Services, Inc., specializing in coaching military personnel toward financial security since March 2022. Prior to this role, David served in various capacities within the US Army, including Assistant Chief of Staff for Civil Military Operations at V Corps and Chief of the Theater Civil Affairs Planning Team at US Southern Command. With an academic foundation that includes a Master of Philosophy in National Defense and Security from the National Defense University of Pakistan, and a Master's in Military Arts and Science from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies, David also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
