Eric Olson

Eric Olson is a seasoned financial advisor at First Command Financial Services, Inc., where coaching individuals in the military community towards financial security is the primary focus. Prior to this role, Eric served in the US Army from June 2017 to June 2021 as the Chief of the National Simulation Center's Global Simulation Capability Division, overseeing global simulation support for Mission Command training. Eric's earlier roles in the Army included Director of TCM-C and Chief of MCTSD, both of which involved managing training capabilities and ensuring alignment with dynamic operational requirements. Additionally, Eric served as the TRADOC Capability Manager for Virtual (TCM-V), coordinating over $2 billion in virtual training development. Eric holds a Master's degree in National Security and Resource Strategy from the National Defense University and a Master's in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University.
