Frank Smith

Frank Smith is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, and application development. Currently serving as SVP and Chief Information Security Officer at First Command Financial Services, Inc. since 2011, Frank oversees cybersecurity, data privacy, enterprise data, and business continuity planning. Previously, Frank held the role of SVP of Application Development and Support at the same company, leading various technical functions. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Consultant at Farr Systems, CIO at BenefitMall from 2003 to 2008, and CIO at Burlington Resources from 1986 to 2002, where Frank managed a large IT organization and a significant budget. Frank holds a BS in Computer Science, an MBA in Finance, and an MAOM in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University.
