James Kim

James Kim is a strategic financial services executive and is currently the Bank President at First Command Financial Services, Inc., leading a $1 billion digital bank focused on military families. Prior to this role, Kim served as EVP, Head of Consumer Banking at First Command and held various leadership positions at PNC Bank, where responsibilities included managing extensive retail banking operations and driving significant improvements in market share and operations. Kim's early career included a tenure at M&T Bank and service as a Major in the US Army, where leadership roles included combat engineering and budget management. Academically, Kim is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
