Matthew Conner

Matthew Conner, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with a robust background in investment consulting and military service. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Consultant at First Command Financial Services, Inc. since March 2022, Matthew conducts economic and policy research and plays a vital role in shaping client-facing commentary and the firm's investment strategy. Prior to this, Matthew held positions as an Investment Advisory Consultant and Financial Advisor at the same firm. Matthew's military experience includes serving as a Psychological Operations Specialist with the United States Army Special Operations Command and as an Infantry Team Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division. Matthew holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Financial Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management/Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
