Ralph Boeckmann, RICP®, MBA, MA, has extensive experience in financial advising and defense consulting, currently serving as a Financial Advisor at First Command Financial Services since January 2014, focusing on tailored financial planning for clients and families. Prior to this role, Ralph operated as a self-employed Defense Industry Consultant from January 2014 to February 2020, assisting organizations with Foreign Military Sales and international business development. Ralph's previous positions include significant leadership roles within the U.S. Army, including Regional Deputy Director positions for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, managing multi-billion dollar Foreign Military Sales programs for Asia-Pacific and South and Central Asia. Ralph holds multiple degrees, including a BS in International Relations and German from the United States Military Academy and an MA in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
