Raul Torres

Raul Torres, MBA, serves as a Financial Advisor at First Command Financial Services, Inc. since August 2021, where the focus is on coaching military personnel toward achieving financial security. Prior to this role, Raul Torres had a distinguished career in the US Army from March 1991 to June 2021, holding the position of Human Resource Manager. Responsibilities included managing personnel readiness, developing Army policies related to force generation, and overseeing the welfare of over 10,000 soldiers and more than 100 Department of the Army civilians. Raul Torres holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Management from Trident University International and two bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Puerto Rico.
