Scott Spiker serves as Chairman of both First Command Bank and First Command Financial Services, Inc., with a tenure at the latter beginning in September 2007. Additionally, Spiker is a Board Member and Chairman at CaringBridge and the Financial Services Institute, with a term extending until December 2024. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the United Way of Tarrant County from 2014 to 2016, and President & CEO of Destiny Health from 2004 to 2006. Early career experience includes serving as President of the Business Services Group at RBC Dain Rauscher and in roles at Wells Fargo Bank. Academically, Spiker graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
