Tracy May

Tracy May, MBA, CPTD, has extensive experience in financial services and operations, currently serving as Director of Field Support Operations at First Command Financial Services, Inc. since August 2011, with a progression of roles including Associate Director and Field Support Training Manager. Prior to this, Tracy worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Registered Sales Associate, handling various operational functions for a high-level production team. Tracy also owned and operated EzBayer Fort Worth, an eBay consignment store, and worked as a Group 1 Life and Health agent at Universal American Life Insurance Co. Tracy's career began at Ameritrade, where managerial skills were developed in client services and operations. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Master of Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
