Scott Raphael serves as the Compliance Team Lead at USM since July 2017, overseeing the review and analysis of compliance monitoring reports and related documents. Scott holds a Master's degree in Legal Studies and International Policy with a focus on Homeland Security from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Pittsburgh.
