Alex Dias is a highly experienced professional in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a project management consultant with the Federação das Indústrias do Estado de Alagoas since May 2024, and as CEO of Innovate+ since January 2023. Previous roles include managerial and scrum master positions at various organizations, including First Decision and Acto, where Alex excelled in government projects and coaching teams in agile practices. Alex's extensive background includes significant contributions in agile transformation at Meta, along with prior project management roles at Dataeasy, Petrobras, and Oi, complemented by a robust educational foundation including an MBA in Project Management and ongoing postgraduate studies in Software Engineering and Strategic Administration.
