Mark Hughes

Mark Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and change management. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at First Derivative since July 2021, Mark previously held the position of Project Manager at HSBC from September 2017 to June 2021, focusing on regulatory change and business transformation in the Global Markets and Banking Canada sector. Prior to HSBC, Mark worked as a Change Management Analyst at permanent tsb, where responsibilities included providing accurate reporting for senior management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Analyst for EirGrid, contributing to the management of Ireland's national grid and wholesale power market. Mark holds a Master's Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and History, both from Maynooth University.
