Nirlipta Dash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis within the financial and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant and Business Analyst at First Derivative since January 2022, Nirlipta has previously held significant roles at Tech Mahindra and HSBC. At Tech Mahindra, responsibilities included leading regulatory project solutions and collaborating with stakeholders as a subject matter expert. Nirlipta's tenure at HSBC was marked by notable achievements, including the creation of project scopes and governance models, as well as being honored with the HSBC Team of the Quarter Award and the HSBC Innovation Award for exceptional project delivery. Nirlipta began the career at Sarda Group as an intern, focusing on financial planning and analysis.
