Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at First Descents is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of transformative outdoor adventure programs for young adults impacted by cancer and other serious health conditions. This team works collaboratively to design program curricula, recruit participants, build healthcare partnerships, and ensure the seamless execution of local and national adventure events. Their ultimate goal is to empower participants to overcome their diagnoses through climbing, paddling, and surfing activities while fostering a supportive community.
