Jonathan T. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the digital industry. 🎛 Jonathan started as the Head of Customer Solutions Manager at Abbey in 2004, before moving on to work as the Head of Digital at The Black Hole in 2005. 🎛 Jonathan then joined Hallmark Cards as the Head of Retail Ecommerce in 2007, where they stayed until 2011. From there, Jonathan joined Summit - Changemakers in Online Retail as the Head of Retail Technology for a year before moving on to Yorkshire Building Society as the Head of Digital in 2012. In 2016, they joined Provident Financial Group - Provident, Satsuma & glo as the Head of Digital Transformation. 🎛 Jonathan then moved to npower in 2018 as the Head of Digital Strategy and Transformation until 2019. Currently, Jonathan is the Head of Digital Experience and Commercialisation at first direct.

Jonathan T. attended Brunel University London from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Product Design.
