Geoff Scott

Geoffrey Scott is an accomplished risk and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as VP and Head of Risk & Compliance at First Dollar, Geoffrey is a founding member of the risk team and is responsible for overseeing consumer compliance, fraud, enterprise risk management, and anti-money laundering functions. Prior roles include Vice President at Oxygen, where Geoffrey led the Oxygen Wealth product launch, and multiple senior positions at Discover Financial Services, including Sr. Director roles focusing on AML and sanctions programs. Geoffrey's experience spans advisory roles at Sencha Credit and impactful positions at Goldman Sachs, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and Wintrust Financial Corporation, underpinned by an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
