Chad Host

Chad Host is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fire services and consulting. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at First Due since August 2025, Chad previously held the position of Battalion Chief at the City of Walker from June 2020 to September 2025. Prior to that, Chad was the Safety & Training Captain at the Alpine Township Fire Department for 17 years. Additionally, Chad has experience as a Senior Consultant at Envista Forensics for a year and as a Fire & Explosion Consultant at PTC/LWG Forensics from February 2014 to November 2017. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
