Client Success Manager at First Due

Colin Carter's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Colin started in 2009 as a Pharmacy Technician / Produce Lead at United Supermarkets, LLC, where they worked until 2016. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Field Service Supervisor at GermBlast. In 2016, they joined the City of Big Spring as a Firefighter/Paramedic and worked there until 2019. After that, they moved to the Town of Little Elm and held the same role until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic at the City of Plano. In 2022, they joined ESO as an Account Manager and later became a Regional Account Executive until 2023. Currently, they are working at First Due as a Client Success Manager.

Colin Carter's education history begins in 2017 when they attended Midland College. Colin pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Emergency Medical Sciences and completed their studies in 2018. Following this, they obtained the National Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in December 2018.

Colin then continued their education at the University of North Texas from 2019 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree with a focus on Public Safety. Alongside their academic pursuits, Colin also obtained various certifications, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), EMS Educator/Evaluator from the Texas Department of State Health Services, Fire Instructor and Fire Service Driver/Operator Certification from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
