Josh Cummins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh started their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Rural/Metro Ambulance in 2006, where they worked until 2008. Josh then worked as a Clinical Medical Tech at Children's Hospital Colorado for a brief period in 2008, followed by being an EMT at pridemark paramedics from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, Josh joined American Medical Response as an EMT before transitioning to Boulder Community Hospital as a Trauma Technician from 2012 to 2015. Josh then worked as an Emergency Dispatcher at Jefferson County Sheriff's Office from 2015 to 2016. Josh joined the Parker Police Department in 2016, initially serving as a Police Dispatcher and later becoming a Police Officer Trainee and, ultimately, a Police Officer until 2020. Josh then worked as an Armed Security Officer at Allied Universal from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Josh joined CentralSquare Technologies as a Customer Success Manager and worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Client Success Manager at First Due, starting in 2023.

Josh Cummins has completed coursework in Business Administration and Management, General at Front Range Community College. Additionally, they attended Douglas County High School for their secondary education. In July 2022, Josh obtained a certification as a Customer Success Leader from Gainsight.
