Mark Thomas, MS, CSP, CFPS, is the Director of Implementation at First Due, where they continue to lead innovative strategies in service delivery. Previously, they served in various roles focusing on safety and health, including as an EMT-B for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and as a Safety Program Coordinator at Cerner Corporation. Mark holds a Master of Science in Public Safety Management from St. Joseph's University and has extensive experience in risk management and compliance across multiple sectors. Their educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
