Meghan R. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Meghan started their career as a Paramedic Intern at ARCATA-MAD RIVER AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC. in 2010. After that, they worked at Providence Health & Services as a Cardiac Monitor Tech from February 2012 to August 2014 and later as a Certified Nursing Assistant from August 2014 to December 2015. Meghan then joined American Medical Response as a Paramedic in October 2015, where they remained until February 2020.

In 2017, Meghan joined CrewSense as a Customer Success Agent from October 2017 to May 2018 and later transitioned to the role of Implementation Specialist from May 2018 to November 2020.

Most recently, Meghan worked at First Arriving, where they held multiple roles. Meghan started as a Lead Development & Client Support from January 2021 to May 2021, then became a Client Success Director from May 2021 to November 2021, and subsequently served as a Senior Director, Client Success from November 2021 to March 2023.
