Phil Cappitelli

Phil Cappitelli has a strong background in client success and training. Phil is currently serving as the Client Success Team Lead at First Due, where they conduct regular status calls and meetings with clients, addresses customer problems, and ensures client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a Training Specialist at InSync Healthcare Solutions, delivering professional and tailored training sessions to clients. Phil also has experience as an Implementation/Training Specialist at GD and as a Product Evangelist/Trainer at ImageTrend. Phil began their career as an Account Manager at GD before transitioning into the role of Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic at the Village of Lake Zurich, where they retired after 21 years in good standing. Phil Cappitelli attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1994 to 2001. During this time, they studied Fire Services Administration. In addition to their academic education, Phil obtained two additional certifications. In August 1998, they earned the Fire Officer 2 certification from the State of Illinois. Phil also obtained the Instructor II certification from the State of Illinois in March 1996.
