Sierra Stack serves as the Vice President and HR Talent & Compensation Manager at First Fed since March 2017, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and organizational/job design. Prior roles include AVP and Recruiter at First Fed, where Sierra won the 2020 Presidents Club Award for exceptional talent acquisition and employment marketing strategies. Previously, Sierra worked at Peninsula Behavioral Health as a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist, managing comprehensive HR functions and facilitating employee onboarding. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Aide at Peninsula Behavioral Health, Secretary/Assistant at James and Associates Property Management, and Patient Access Representative at Olympic Medical Center. Sierra's educational background includes incomplete coursework toward an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Peninsula College.
