Bryan Blume

Bryan Blume serves as a Transition Engineer at First Focus IT since July 2020 and is the Owner of BIT Solutions since September 2018. Previously, Bryan held multiple leadership roles at Evros Technology Group from December 2013 to November 2019, including Service Owner and Technical Team Lead, where Bryan was instrumental in creating these positions within the Managed Services department. Responsibilities included managing monitoring and alerting for a vast number of customers, vendor relations, and ensuring continuous improvement in service metrics. Notably, Bryan contributed to obtaining the ISO 27000 certification for Evros’ Managed Services Department. Bryan's early career included a Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) Administrator role, focusing on customer onboarding and configuration management.
