Currently serving as the Lead Unified Communications Consultant at First Focus since May 2023, Clayton previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at onPlatinum ICT, where management of a technical team supporting various industries was key. As the Chief Executive Officer of Tango Technology from July 2011 until its integration with onPlatinum, Clayton played a crucial role in guiding the company through the challenges posed by Covid-19, ensuring operational continuity. Clayton's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Arrowtech in 2001, where the focus was on introducing enterprise IT practices to SMEs, culminating in significant business growth over two decades.
