Greg Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the unified communications sector. Currently serving as a Senior UC Consultant at First Focus IT since August 2020, Williams possesses in-depth knowledge of the Mitel UC product range, including MiVoice Connect, MiCloud Connect, and MiCloud Flex. Prior to this role, Williams was the General Manager for Unified Communications at Flexnet from January 2009 to August 2020. Williams began a career in telecommunications at Telstra in February 1979, culminating in the position of Victorian Data Sales Manager, where a focus on consultative selling of complex data solutions was key. Williams holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Maths, Science, Electronics, and Computer Modelling from Ballarat University, obtained between 1973 and 1977.
