Michael Hogshaw is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical account management and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at First Focus IT since May 2019, Michael has also held roles as a Technical Account Manager and System Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a System Engineer at Cloud Business Technology and as an IT Support Engineer at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Michael began their career at Henry Brothers Ltd as an IT Systems Administrator. An alumnus of Queen's University Belfast, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Technology from 2009 to 2013.
