Samuel Baptist possesses extensive experience in IT support and systems administration, having worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2010. Significant positions include IT Deskside Technician at Bytecraft Systems, Systems Administrator and Support Analyst at First Focus, where Level 1 & 2 support was provided to sectors including Tourism, Government, Medical, and Education. Additional roles include IT Helpdesk Officer at Careers Australia and Technical Account Manager at First Focus. Samuel is proficient in managing Windows and Apple ecosystems, as well as cloud-based systems such as AWS, Azure, and M365. Samuel holds a Diploma of Information Technology (Networking) from Southbank Institute of TAFE, completed in 2006.
