Cliff Shu has over a decade of experience in technology and customer support roles. Since December 2015, Cliff has held multiple positions at First Foundation Inc., including Technology Solutions Manager, Technology Support Manager, IT Support Engineer, and eBanking Support Specialist. Prior to this, Cliff worked at Microsoft from February 2011 to November 2014 as a Consumer Service Advisor, where responsibilities included assisting customers in discovering and implementing Microsoft technology solutions. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, earned between 1991 and 1995.
