Doug Tice

Doug Tice, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the VP - HR Business Partner at First Foundation Inc., having joined the company in December 2021. Previously, Doug held multiple roles at First Florida Integrity Bank from June 2008 until December 2021, culminating as Senior Vice President - People Department Director, a title obtained following a merger with First Foundation Bank. Throughout the tenure at First Florida Integrity Bank, Doug also served as VP - Director of Benefits & Payroll, AVP - Director of Benefits & Payroll, and AVP - Financial Analyst & Payroll.
