First Generation Leadership Foundation is a youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to developing leadership among first-generation learners and young changemakers.

We work in the areas of education, youth development, and community leadership by creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and contribute to society. Through fellowships, training programs, and leadership initiatives, we aim to build confident, responsible, and socially conscious leaders.

Our programs focus on equipping youth with practical skills, values, and real-world exposure so they can create meaningful impact in education and communities.

We believe that when first-generation youth are empowered with the right opportunities and mentorship, they can become powerful agents of change in society.
