Elina Mathieu

Elina Mathieu is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management, systems programming, and performance optimization. Starting a career as a Technical Consultant at ANSTEC Consulting Services, Elina later served as Sr. Manager IT at Marriott International, overseeing critical DB2 systems for the Hotel Reservation System. Subsequently, Elina held the position of Director, Performance Optimization at Sodexo, where expertise was applied to streamline HR service delivery models. Currently, as Technical & Functional Project Management Lead at First Genesis, Inc., Elina manages end-to-end project lifecycles and coordinates cross-functional teams. Elina's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
