Eric Guico

Eric Guico is an experienced educator and director currently serving as Chief Program Officer at First Graduate. Previously, Eric held key roles at the East Bay College Fund, including Senior Program Director, where they expanded the College Success Program significantly, and Director of College Programs, where they developed a high-performing advising and mentoring initiative. Eric’s career includes a background as Parent Liaison for California State University, East Bay Foundation’s Project S.O.A.R., providing support to students and parents during the college application process. They earned a BA in the Study of Religion from the University of California, San Diego, and an MEd in Student Development Administration from Seattle University.
